Program Implementation is an organization's ability to effectively manage the quality of program implementation (direct service and/or advocacy efforts).

In the second lesson toward your silver Merit badge, you'll explore:

  • Designing your own goals using the BSQ ("Think Big, Act Small, and Move Quickly) goal framework.

  • Other goal models that can help goal-setting for implementation success.

  • Using behavioral- and results-oriented goals at the team level to support skill-building in this important capacity area.
