Emilie's spent over 20 years in the trenches of nonprofit leadership and emerged with a deep commitment to helping leaders bring out the best in their teams. Her journey has included significant roles in development as well as a decade spent as executive director, and she uses her masters in nonprofit leadership and doctoral degree in organizational and leadership psychology with every team she works with.
Alex entered the nonprofit sector after years in digital marketing and corporate project management. Her time spent in family and community programming offers Merit teams the support from someone who has experienced similar challenges and successes. Alex partners with our clients and learners to ensure that everyone is getting the most out of Merit.
Claire's work in the nonprofit space has embraced the voice of the people in marketing and stakeholder research. Her work on Merit® is seen and felt each day as she designs the learning experience and works one-on-one with each of our Platinum teams to design and present their unique training content.
